Jocelyn did an amazing job with my haircut! She does a great job of working with you to determine what hairstyle you want at the end of your haircut. She cuts your hair to make it look the way you want; after that, she'll recommend style products as well as how to style your hair so you can have the ideal hairstyle.

Signed in and it said wait was 35 minutes. Three hair stylists were working until two other people and myself were "on deck" then one disappeared. Hour and a half later, I couldn't wait any longer and left. Hair stylists too busy talking with one another or disappearing in the back between haircuts and then stopping for people wanting to buy product, mean while people were waiting.
